We made the Classic type taragot based on the most spreaded used taragot type, its mechanics is with german (Albert) system.

Usually those tradition preserving musicians like this type, who want to play an instrument which is like played by our ancestors.

In playing techniques it is mostly similar to clarinet with german system, and to the oboe.

 

 

 

The material and geometry of the Böhm type taragot's body is the same with the Classic type.

The sound hole layout is very similar with the Saxophone and the Böhm type clarinet, therefore its handling is much easier to learn for the Saxophone players and the Böhm type clarinet players.
